Kingsbrook UK Ltd is pleased to have advised Bowley Data Solutions Ltd (BDS) in its sale to Cloud21 Ltd.
BDS is a specialist IT systems integration, networking and support company, supplying a range of services, including identity management automation software to the NHS across the UK.
Cloud 21 provides IT and support services in the health and social care sectors, providing expertise in digital transformation programmes.
Luke Rebbettes, a Kingsbrook Director and Lead Advisor on the project, said of the deal:
